Legion of Honor - Impressionists on the Water Exhibit
Take an artistic odyssey at the Impressionists on the Water Exhibit at the Legion of Honor - one of San Francisco's most beautiful fine art museums. The spectacular exhibit expresses the nature of nautical life through the brushstrokes of the Impressionists, including Monet and Renoir. See remarkable paintings and works on paper that capture the essence of boating and sensation of motion. Nodding to the America's Cup in San Francisco, the exhibit wows through October 13th. The Cable Cars are the coolest way to see San Francisco - from the top of Nob Hill to Fisherman's Wharf. When you stay at the Inn at Union Square, you can hop on the Powell Street Cable Cars and tour the city for 6 bucks. Climb Nob Hill to Grace Cathedral, grab a pizza in North Beach, explore Chinatown, switch back down Lombard Street and and hop off for waterfront dining at Fisherman's Wharf.
