Tis the season for drinking good beer! Did you miss Oktoberfest and all of its glory? Have no fear! The San Francisco Brewers Guild is hosting its annual Brews on the Bay on the historic World War II S.S. Jeremiah O'Brien, docked at Pier 45 in Fisherman's Wharf.
Board the vessel at high noon and get ready to set sail (the boat doesn't actually move) on a craft beer expedition that will take you through 60 different local beers made my San Francisco breweries and master brewers.
Of course, what's a good cold beer if it is not paired with equally crafted eats? Enter local SF food trucks. Sprinkle in some awesome live music on top of all of this, and you have one of the best beer festivals in Northern California.
Attendees will be treated to unlimited 8-ounce pours of IPAs, farmhouse ales, sours, blondes, darks and redheads! Have questions about what you're drinking or about the brewing process? The brewers will be on site to answer them.
Wet your whistle, get ready and take a peek at the breweries slated to be on tap at the event:
Woods Beer / Cerveceria de MateVeza
Beach Chalet Brewery & Restaurant
21st Amendment Brewery
Saturday, October 24th from 12 - 5 pm.
