Could Not Have Been Nicer

Our stay could not have been nicer. All of the staff during our stay were very helpful and informative. Room service and the room itself were just what we had hoped for this trip. Location was excellent and offered easy access to public transportation and walking to destinations. Coffee and cookies were delicious, great to have a paper and a nice room to sit, drink and read. Wine and cheese nights were well used. Both of us loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to others. Staff makes a big difference and yours complimented your fine hotel to upmost degree

We stayed in rooms 505 and 401. Both rooms were great. Enjoyed our breakfasts and hors d'oeuvres at the Inn. This was a great perk, especially as you meet other hotel guests. Wayne's recommendations were helpful, and it was nice talking to him. Hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating and helpful. We would definitely return to the Inn at Union Square!

I had the best time in San fran and what made is so good was the outstanding service we were provided. Always available, always smiling and very helpful. I was in room 601 and will definitely be back to stay there again.

wish we could have stayed longer than two nights!

We were celebrating the last two nights of our honeymoon, and Wayne graciously upgraded us to room 207. There was a bottle of champagne and box of chocolates waiting for us. So, take all that away and I still LOVED the hotel. Everyone was super friendly, the continental breakfast was great, and the location was perfect. Each person working at the front desk greeted us happily, asked how our day/evening was going, and gave great recommendations for restaurants, things to see, and how to get around. I wish we could have stayed longer than two nights!
